Homeowners have the right to join the golf club, should it become private in the future, at 80% of the initiation fee offered to the general public.

Homeowners have preferential rights to advance Tee times and reduced green fees.

Rates for residents range from $50 to $90 depending on the day of the week and the time of the year. Reservations may be made up to 31 days in advance.

Rates for the public range from $50 to $180 depending on the day of the week and the time of the year. Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance. For groups of 2-15 players advance reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance for an additional $10 per player. All rates include green fee, cart fee, tax, range balls, bag tag, tees, divot tool and yardage books.

Discounted rates apply to resident users and immediate family members under the age of 22. Discounted rates do not apply to resident guests.
